Dear Sir,

This has reference to our earlier letter of even no. dt. 20.05.2000 for above where we have mentioned that a no. of

Temperature Calibrator of your make (Model no. 600S) are in use by us for quite a long time (around 10 years).

Recently we have observed that the above Temperature Calibrators are giving erratic readings with nonlinear error

throughout the span. We tried to get this Calibrated by M/s. ERTL having NPL traceability but the same could not

be achieved as the above nonlinear error was found.

You may please inform us regarding repairability of the above Instruments alongwith availability of maintenance spare.

You are also requested to submit us the budgetary offer for such type of constant Temperature Bath / Controller of

new type/upgraded version alongwith detailed leaflet and literature.

You are requested to inform us for the above positively within 10 to 15 days.
