TRAINER KITS

TEMPERATURE / PRESSURE / ELECTRICAL
for the Engineering Colleges / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation Laboratory

Our Trainer Kits are not prototypes or breadboard designs just to fulfill the basic requirements of practical classes.

Our motto is to offer the real and right Instrument Trainer Kits, which will help the students to receive hands-on training, for handling today's Calibration, Test, Measurement and Process Control Instruments.

These value added knowledge will build-up the confidence (& competence) of the students to practice their duties, from the day one of employment as expected by the employers.

TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT / CONTROL KIT
 - using RTD & Thermocouple Transducers                        Model : TMK 600

  This training kit consists of
Temperature Controlled Bath (with PD controller) with interchangeable insets
An integral display for monitoring the set / read temperature of the control bath
Three different digital panel meters housed in a box (to measure the output of the
test transducers of types 'K' & 'J' thermocouples and Pt-100 RTD, and
A set of three transducers (Probes)

Students can set the temperature of the controlled bath and insert different immersion type transducers. The output of the transducers (K & J type Thermocouple and Pt-100 RTD Transducers) can be measured directly in temperature (°C) centigrade using the digital panel meters provided.

This Bath (our standard Model 600S) can also be used as a Stable Temperature Source - Temperature Calibrator - to 'Calibrate' - a variety of field Temperature Sensors / Transducers / Devices. The Stability & Accuracy of the Bath are adequate for calibrating most Temperature Calibrators used in industrial process. A Traceable Calibration Certificate can be provided optionally.

PRESSURE MEASUREMENT KIT
 - using Pressure Transducers                                        Model : PMK 5

This training kit consists of
Two pneumatic pumps (with suitable fine adjustment verniers) for generating
(upto 5 bar) & vacuum (upto 0.8 bar)*
   Pressure Transducer
Digital pressure indicator calibrated in six different engineering units.

Students can generate the required pressure or vacuum using the respective pump and feed it to the transducer. The output of the transducer is fed in to the digital meter to enable the students to read the output of the transducer directly in engineering (pressure) units & thus study its characteristics.

Additional Features

Pressure Switch Test facility
mA measuring facility for external Transducers / Transmitters

* Range of this Kit (Indicator) can be extended upto 10 or 20 Kg/cm2 with matching Pressure Transducer
  & external Pressure generating Pump.

With its high resolution & accuracy, this kit can be used effectively as a CALIBRATOR to check/calibrate a variety of pressure devices including Pressure Gauges / Indicators; Pressure Switches; P/I Convertors; Differential Pressure Transmitters etc.
